    I offer in-person therapy sessions in Oakland, easily accessible from Rockridge, Berkeley, Piedmont, and San Francisco.
    Online therapy is available to clients throughout California.

  • Yes. I offer both in-person therapy in Oakland and virtual sessions for clients across California. Whether you prefer to meet in a comfortable office setting or from the convenience of your home, we’ll choose what works best for you.

  • I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill (detailed receipt) for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. It's always a good idea to contact your provider beforehand to learn about your out-of-network mental health coverage.

  • Individual therapy sessions are $300 for 50-minutes. Couples sessions are $325. Please inquire directly for intensive session pricing. A limited sliding scale may be available—please reach out to discuss options.

  • The first step is to message me to schedule an initial 50-minute intake appointment. Upon request, I offer a brief chat first to determine if we’re a good fit.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged at the full session rate, as this time is reserved specifically for you.
