  • I offer in-person therapy in Oakland’s Rockridge neighborhood and online therapy for clients throughout California.

  • Yes. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, depending on your needs, location, and preferences.

  • I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits.

  • Initial intake appointments and individual therapy sessions are $300 for 50 minutes. I have a few sliding scale slots in my practice — please reach out to discuss.

  • I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less notice will be charged the full session fee.r

  • That’s completely okay. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, numb, anxious, or unsure where to begin. You do not need to have everything organized before starting therapy.

  • Not all therapy experiences are the same. Many clients I work with are insightful, high-functioning, or have already done significant therapy work but still feel emotionally stuck. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and integrates modalities like Brainspotting and nervous system-focused work when appropriate.

  • No. Therapy happens at your pace. You are never required to share more than feels manageable or safe.

  • A strong therapeutic relationship matters. If you’d like, we can begin with a brief consultation call to talk about what you’re looking for and whether working together feels like a good fit.

  • Yes. I am Brainspotting Certified and offer Brainspotting therapy and intensives for trauma, anxiety, grief, reproductive stress, burnout, and nervous system overwhelm.

  • In some cases, yes. This is especially common for Brainspotting, Brainspotting intensives, or Parent support. We can discuss what would make the most sense for your situation.

  • I primarily work with individuals, though I may offer short-term support sessions for couples navigating infertility, pregnancy, postpartum challenges, or PANS/PANDAS-related stress.

  • You’re welcome to reach out if you’d like more clarity before getting started. You do not need to have everything figured out before contacting me.
