  • I’m based in Oakland, but can provide online therapy to anyone in California and Florida.

  • Yes, I offer in-person sessions in Rockridge in Oakland, California.

  • I can provide a superbill for you to submit to HSA/FSA/PPO insurance. I do not accept in-network insurance. If you want to use your insurance, you can contact your insurance carrier before our first session to verify whether you have out-of-network mental health benefits, the number of sessions covered, the rate of reimbursement, and how much of a deductible may need to be met.

    • 50-minute Individual Session: $300

    • 50 minute Couples Session: $325

    • 1-day tailored therapy intensive: $1,980

    • 2-day tailored therapy intensive: $2970

    I also offer 75 and 90 minute sessions depending on your needs.

    I provide a few sliding scale spots for clients facing financial constraints. Payment by Zelle, Venmo, HSA/FSA debit card is accepted. Payment is due prior to, or at the time of service.

  • Cancellation policy is 48 hours. If you do not cancel your appointment with at least 48 notice or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee.
